At Noa Noa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
